All Saints WELCOMES children and families with open arms!

We know the importance of building a solid foundation of God's teachings for kids to get to know God and His Son, Jesus.

"Hold firmly to my teaching and never let go. It will mean life for you." Proverbs 4:13

We have created a fun learning environment for all ages and have mulitple children's activities to keep kids returning to All Saints; not only for the learning aspect of "church" but also to build relationships with friends and the adults who teach and shepherd them.

Much of the children's programming is under the direction of Rendy Horner who is always encouraging moms, dad, friends and relatives to get involved with the little kids in their lives. Don't leave the job of teaching your child about God to the church alone, it should begin at the HOME and the church can support you.

"So love the Lord your God with all your heart, soul, and strength. Memorize his laws and tell them to your children over and over again. Talk about them all the time, whether you're at home or walking along the road or going to bed at night or gettin up in the morning." Deuteronomy 6:5-7

We hope you find our programming helpful and if you have ideas for new events please let us know. We are here to help in any way we can so every child knows Jesus as their Lord and Savior.

Mission Statement for Sunday School

Our mission is to give children the faith stories of the Bible to learn, remember and compare to their own life as they grow. To know the God of today is the same God of Abraham, David, Danial, Ruth, Mary and others of the Bible. To equip children with the Living Word; to know Jesus' love for them and know that Jesus died and rose again so one day they to will live in heaven with our Heavenly Father. To build caring relationships with adults, youth and peers; and to know that they as Christians should share the stories they have learned with others and to invite others to learn the Good News of Jesus Christ.

One on One Sunday School

"One on One" Sunday School

Some children learn best in a smaller consistant class enviroment...some would benefit seeing the same teacher and shepherds every week! Some children are "born leaders" and would love to share their know-how with other children.

All Saints has a dedicated classroom for children who might learn better in a more typical style of learning enviroment, yet interactive and hands-on...too good to be true? No, All Saints has two very dedicated educators (Mary and Carol ) who devote their gift of teaching to children of All Saints! If you would like to learn more about what this class has to offer your child please contact Rendy. Your child is special, we know that and we hope this class helps them feel that way!

 "One on One" is:
During the regular SS hour (9am-10am)
In YO Room 2 (located behind the basketball net)
Follows the same stories as our rotation SS only class curriculm in adapted for the needs of the students
Children enjoy playing, learning and growing in their faith
Children have the same teachers and shepherds all year long so no need to adapt to different teaching styles every week.

2011-12 Story Rotations

Classes are taught in "Story Rotations" lasting between 3-6 weeks each. Teaching methods occur through: Art, Bible Discovery, Community Service, Cooking, Games and Theater. Children visit a different workshop each week learning the "same" story only using different senses to discover a different concept about the story they learn.

Stories the children will learn September - December 2011

Daniel and the Lions' Den and Shadrach, Meshack and Abednego.
Learn how these men were men of faith and wouldn't faulter for even if the law said to pray to the king!

Jonah
Wow...how scary it must be to be swollowed by a giant fish and live to tell the tale!

 Jesus is the Greatest Gift
We all receive great gifts...but no gift lasts for eternity...except the Greatest Gift: Jesus Christ!
