2nd graders and parents learn the Lord's Prayer. Join us for two evenings of learning about the prayer Jesus taught us His disciples to pray.
3 year olds and parents learn about praying in an interactive class that teaches children and adults the beauty of prayer in everyday life.

How to grow in faith when you don't have time to study
Find ideas for integrating your faith into things you already do, or for sneaking a few minutes of faith nurturing between the activities in your already busy day.
WEEK OF Oct. 5
Talk about Halloween with your children while you decorate your house. Discuss how Christ is with us even when we are scared. Or talk about Reformation Day as an alternative or additional celebration. Talk about evil in the world and how God is in control. You may even explain that Halloween costumes are fun for pretending that you're somebody else for a while, but who or what could we pretend to be that is admirable or good or safe, clean fun.

Children in Sunday school at All Saints right now are learning the story of Moses. Try etching in stone for breakfast--paint a message on your bread in milk before putting it in the toaster! Or have a plague dinner--gummy worm snakes, red juice, raisin flies, oatmeal crisp topping for locusts, mini marshmallows sprinkled on mandarin orange and apple slices for a hail and fire salad. Use your imagination and make sure you read or tell the story of Moses while you enjoy your plagues.
The value of a family meal can't be overstated.
