“Remember… Change the World”
Our pastors and staff have selected the above theme for our work together this year. Beginning the weekend of September 11/12, our pastors will lead us in a 6-week sermon series that is responsive to this theme. What does God tell us about how we are to live? What do we learn about ourselves and who we are in Christ? Are there more opportunities for us to share God’s love? How do we recognize those who need to receive the peace and promise that is ours in Christ? And what about how we serve God daily? How can we let our light shine more fully in order to bring honor and glory to God?
Adult Christian Education and faith groups are very important to the growth of the church, to our individual journeys to becoming disciples. Hearing what Jesus has to say and listening in faith helps us grow closer to Jesus. Following Jesus changes us for today and tomorrow and for eternity.
Learning and growing in knowledge and in faith can change the world. - Remember!
