Stewardship is not just about raising money, in fact that is just one part of Christian Stewardship. Stewardship is about the wise use of God's gifts of teaching, of compassionate understanding; of leading in worship and in other areas of ministry. Stewardship is also the willingness in the name of Christ to give ourselves to the work of Christ in today's world.

Finance Team

2nd Tuesday of the month at 7pm, Room 201
Congregations in the ELCA are called to be careful stewards of the monies that the people give to the work of Christ. The Finance Team exercises that careful oversight over monies given to the work of Christ. You do not have to be a CPA in order to be part of the Finance Team, but it does help if you know how to read a spread sheet and a P & L statement.
Relief Offerings

Count the monthly refief offering (taken on the last weekend of each month) to support the ELCA world hunger appeal and other social ministry needs.
